Pre-payment & Final statements
Reservations has to be guaranteed most easily with credit cards. We accept, VISA, Master Card and Amex. If you do not have an internationally valid credit card or you do not wish to use your card, reservations can only be hold by pre-payment: wire transfers, cheques or postal transfers. The entire booking amount is due upon arrival.
Cancellation regulation
Reservations may be cancelled until 21 nights before arrival free of charge. Afterwards the following rules apply: Less than 21 nights before arrival a cancellation fee of 250 Euro will be charged. Cancellations less than 14 nights before arrival 100% of the booking amount are billed.
Special Rates and cancellation conditions
These apply to special holidays such as Christmas, New Year, Easter, Whitsuntide and to special occasion such as conventions etc. These conditions will be sepratly announced with your reservation confirmation or will be offerd on request.
Other
In case of damages to the apartments, which do not develop in the context of the normal use, the guest agrees to be responsible even if the damage is determined after departure.
