They are family friendly and very comfortably equipped, modern & almost equally furnished and offer our guests the best conditions for short or a long-term stay. Mühlgasse 6, 1040 Vienna, apartments 1,3,6,5,12,14 (our main location). The size of the apartments vary between 38 (studio apartment No. 1) and 60 - 70 square meters (1-bedroom apartment). These are approx. 450 - 750 square feet. The 1-bedroom apartments offer one living room and one bedroom, a fully furnished kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilet. Some apartments offer a small balcony or are air-condioned. They are well suitable for accommodation of 1-5 persons.          Apartment No. 5, Mühlgasse 6, 1040 Vienna This apartment is 65 m2 (approx. 710 sq feet) consisting of hallway, a living room, a bedroom, a fully furnished kitchen, a bathroom, separate toilet and a storage room. The apartment is located at the 2nd floor and is air conditioned.          Studio apartment no. 1, at Muehlgasse 6 (Muehlgasse building) This is a studio apartment, 38 m2 (approx. 420 sq feet) consisting of entrance hall, combined living and bedding area, fully furnished kitchen, a bathroom. The apartment is air-condioned and located at the left corner of Mühlgasse No. 6.          Further apartment facilities Cable-TV, DVD-Player, Telephon, Fax, Answering-machine, PC mit highspeed internet access (XDLS) & TFT-Flatscreen, Stereo HIFI und CD-Player, Iron & board, etc. The fully equipped modern Kitchen offers: Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Freezer, Washing-machine , Dryer, Coffee maker, Toster etc. cutlery, pots and pans as well as other kitchenware are available for 6 persons.
